These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ELEC HR at elec-hr.vercel.app (the "Service").
The Service is operated by ELEC Fleet Technologies SRL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania (VAT/CUI 42971823) with registered office at București, Sector 1, Str. Capriorilor 5 B, Et. 1, Ap. 12, Cod 013977.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and have authority to accept these Terms.
We provide tools for submitting and managing job applications and related HR workflows. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for (a) accurate information, (b) safeguarding credentials, and (c) all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
"User Content" includes CVs, cover letters, IDs, diplomas, and other documents you upload.
Ownership. You retain ownership of your User Content.
Licence to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, store, display and use User Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service and to perform the recruitment-related actions you request.
Your promises. You have rights to the content; it does not infringe third-party rights; and it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Do not: break the law; infringe IP or privacy; upload malware; access non-public areas; misrepresent your identity; or use the Service to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service (software, design, text, logos) is our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, video). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a free, perpetual licence to use it without restriction.
Any paid features will show pricing and terms at checkout or in an order form. Taxes may apply. We may update prices with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular outcome (e.g., employment).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, business or reputation. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of €100 or the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., fraud).
You will indemnify us for losses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk to the Service. Upon termination, your licence ends; sections concerning IP, liability, indemnity and governing law survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. The courts of Bucharest have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Service. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
